CLIENT INTEGRATION AND SERVICE SUPPORT (CISS) MANAGER.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

Excellent Client Servicing.

Knowledge in Computer Programming and Developing.

Must be Solutions Architect.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Manage CISS Team.
  2. Maintain Service Level of Paynamics with Merchants and Suppliers. Knowledge on OKR strategic implementation framework is a plus.
  3. Manage all integration related concerns from customers, suppliers and key partners.
  4. Has experience in performing consultative work and must be willing to learn how to engage client in providing a solution framework based on Paynamics Products and Services.
  5. Experience with Zendesk Issue Tracker is a plus.
  6. Perform business analysis and implement operational improvements related to scope and service role. Provide weekly reports to manage on meeting KPI objectives.
  7. Ready to provide and engage Inter department support in relation to client issues and concern.
  8. Willing to meet with clients (Onsite visit or conference calls).
  9. Manage and Communicate with 3rd party vendors and partners for backend integration and support.
  10. Assertive and willing to take initiative on challenges.
  11. Can build a responsive culture within his team.
